Matthieu Crétier

Founder & Engineer

I'm an engineer from Valle d'Aosta with a journey that has taken me through large companies, innovative startups, and technology consulting across several European countries — Italy, France, Sweden, and Germany. But my story begins much earlier, in a working-class family.

My father was a skilled worker on construction sites, driving wheel loaders with a mix of passion and mastery that comes from loving your craft. My mother works in a public office. I saw my father take enormous pride in his work, building important infrastructure for Valle d'Aosta with his tools — but when it came time for administration, everything became paper-based: daily reports filled out by hand, hours lost on phone calls to recover data. Back and forth with the office and warehouse for project management.

Since my birth, I've been exposed to the world of construction. I've seen what it means to build with your own hands, the effort and satisfaction of a job well done. And I've also seen the frustrations of an industry that deserves better tools.

archim was born from the desire to combine my technology experience with an industry that made my life journey possible.

Bringing modern tools to those who build our world is not just work — it's a personal joy. It's my way of honoring my father's craft and all those who, every day, transform projects into reality.
